Hello Community, Happy New Year, and thanks for your feedback, we do appreciate it.

feedback-2824577_1280.pngWe are starting a new series of posts entitled "You Found It, We Fixed It" where we share improvements we've made to the Virgin Mobile USA experience, based on your feedback. Without further ado, here are the first fixes:

 

-Bring Your Own Device Eligibility - Previously, some iPhone devices appeared to be ineligible for our service, per our website. We have made several updates to the eligiblity cheker to ensure you can bring any eligible device to Virgin Mobile USA.
