if only I could get rid of sprint spot...
when I load that I get the 'this version does not work on your device, to disable sprint spot...' and it gives me a set of instructions. unfortunately the option to disable and or remove is not available to me.
my device is a samsung galaxy j3 emerge.
how do I get rid of this 'does nothing and takes up space' app?
Hey there, xraiderv18! To disable an application, you can go to Settings > Apps > Select "All apps" > Find the app that you want to disable and click on it to see the available options. Keep in mind that certain apps can not be uninstalled.
yeah those are the same instructions the splash screen for the app gives.
says 'this app not compatible with your device' then rattles off those very same instructions.
in that event, is this app included erroneously?
I remember seeing another thread or was that threads, from well into last year that remarked on this issue...but I was under the impression it'd been resolved.
I just got the new Samsung Galaxy A20 from Virgin last week and found it loaded with Sprint garbage, including Sprint Spot. It is infuriating that some of this useless bloatware cannot be removed!
