Cannot believe this, assurance is rediculous! Swore them off last time with all the lies!
The manual claims ul40, but phone about says l50!
Immediately the phone started what everyone is complaining about. Fast discharge and EVERYYHING crashes at low battery.
Called and ordered replacement.
Talked to the place I acquired it and she actually claims:
1. Phone cannot be charged for more than 1 hour or it frys battery! No trickle charge.
2. ONE replacement after that than it is 5 bucks a pop! FOR DEFECTIVE!?!
Called assurance which is always useless! Cannot answer without verify and sending pin not sure how i pick my fav city!
Manual says nothing about one hour, rep claimed 3 hour max.
I asked wt.. so i use it a day (above comments not a chance) plug it in at night. Have to set an alarm for 3 hours to unplag the dang phone?
I know virgin FakeB only, but they have not even replied to my first issue from 2 years ago on FakeB!
