Can not call or text

Paid Bill The 9th autopay. Tried to call and I get a message saying I'm not authorized to make that call. I try to text i get this back. Your service has been temporarily restricted due to nonpayment or plan restrictions. Please call *3 to make a payment or *2 to review your plan. Msg 2126. 2 days now and nobody has been able to help. Help me please i Need the service i pay for ! I also get read banners in my account all saying the ui service is temporary unavailable. Please help.
