Error code 97 on phone after swapping devices.

I swapped devices today with the help of the text service support but now I cannot send text on my new or my old phone. I get error 97. "My account" is working on both phones but when I log in on a computer it says my new device is the one connected and I am topped up. I really need to be able to contact people so if someone from support could help.
