I have been a customer since 2003 and I am disappointed with the new process on switching phones. I recently purchased a Galaxy A20 through Virgin Mobile website and when I went to activate the phone, it could not finish. The error that continued to show stated, "could not connect to carrier". I am super disappointed that I purchased this phone and I can not activate it. Could someone please give me step by step instruction on how to activate a Galaxy A20?

I noticed none of the VM agents responded to your issue with the new Galaxy A20. I was thinking about buying the A20 from VM. Has anyone else had issues activating the A20?
I received my A20 last week and it fired right up. I would call support from a land line and have them walk you through next steps. (customer from 2005)
