Getting error "Authentication failure" when trying to swap phones in "Update Settings" per instructi

Activating service, but get error message "Authentication error. Please try again later." when Updating Profile as instructed. It is later and I did try again and again. Any ideas on what's wrong? I didn't see anything posted on this yet. Thank you!
