I need help. I talked to someone at virgin and they told me my phone is no longer under warranty so I'm not able to get a replacement Sim card. Is this true? I can't afford another phone and don't see why I wouldn't be able to get a sim card for my phone (purchased on the virgin website last year). What do I do? Please help. Thank you.
