Just bought two LG X Charge phones and can't activate them. I posted in am old thread and then thought better of it so I figured I better start a new one. Sorry for the redundancy. I've called customer service and tried to activate them online w/online being first. Customer service says the MEID isn't in their system. What do I do now?
Believe it or not i finally made it back to best buy explained the issue to the manager and what Virgin Mobile's response was. I stood with the manager while he scanned two new phones being sure to do everything properly. I get home and try to activate them and guess what same exact problem. I contact Virgin Mobile and they claim it's still the store's fault, go figure so now i sit hours away from the store with Virgin Mobile claiming they can do nothing
