My wife recently upgraded her phone from a J3 to a Galaxy S7 Refine. However, after installingly the SIM card, the phone returns Error 407, and asks us to power cycle the phone. Doing so returns the same error.

I'm having the same issue, I called to have my phone unlocked, the ticket got put in and the request seemed to go through. But when I put in my new sim and tried to activate it and restarted my phone it said the device is locked to Sprint SIMs only and trying to update PRL or profile give me error 407. I would greatly appreciate assistance or advice. I have already cleared the cache and restarted the device with the SIM from virgin mobile with no luck.
