I purchased the LG stylo 4; it activated just fine & even calls and texts. However, it will not connect to the Virgin Mobile network.. Keeps telling me it's Sprint & everytime I restart my phone or click on the andriod update, it tells me it is unable to configure onto the network. How can I resolve this? I have no phone to call on outside of the one I just bought & activated.
