When I turn on my LGK3 through virgin mobile. It doesn't pull up my lock screen it just says "Unfortunately System UI has stopped." How do I fix this? *HELP!*
hi there Natasha , I wanted to offer some help, I took the error message you are receiving and I cross referenced it to the LG K3 you may need to Hard Reset Your Phone also, if that does not work, you may need to factory reset your device, but of course this will mean anything that was un-saved will not be saved, UNLESS you use google on your account then when you do a Master Reset (THE BIG ONE) , re-add your google accunt and it will re-download your concats/messages etc.
one of those should fix the problem for you, sorry for any data loss.
When the message shows up i hit the okay button and it keeps popping up i cant even get to my lock screen, homescreen, apps or anything whatsoever.
