I've had my phone for awhile now, and after being suspicious that I had 0 new voicemails I tried leaving one for myself. Still no voicemails, so it's clearly not working.
I tried going into my account on virgin mobile's site as some people had suggested to other people with this issue, but the website must have changed since the feature doesn't seem to be in my profile. I also tried calling 222 as the instructions stated, but there's a message saying I dialed an incorrect number.
When I go into the apps, the "disable" option is greyed-out, making me think it's already disabled. However there is no "enable" button.
