I have a Samsung J3 Achieve. About 2 weeks ago, after I updated the phone (since it requested an update), I am not receiving phone calls or SMS messages because no signal. Before I used to receive phone calls in a normal way. I don't know if is Virgin or the update that the cellphone install. But is frustrating, and thinking about changing to another network.

Was this resolved? Ever since the update I had around July 13, 2019, I have had little to no service. I have had to use a texting app that uses wifi in order to remain accessible to work and family/friends.
