I'm trying to swap my phone online, but the activation won't ever proceed once I get to the final activation step. No response when hitting the large red activation button.
Help! Can send all relevant information (MEID, account info, etc.)
Disregard, the fix basically involved changing to a compatible plan for the new phone SEPARATELY from the swap phone process. Kind of dumb, considering the plan change was supposed to happen as part of the same process, but it's fixed not, anyway.
