Please help: The SIM card has locked (it is the original SIM card)
I have an LG Power X phone. It's pathetic but yesterday I accidentally dropped my SIM card as I was trying to put in a micro card. When I put the SIM card back, it stopped working and got the message about it being locked. I did power cycle it but nothing changed. Since I do not have another phone, I can't call customer care. I sent an email to Virgin Mobile more than a day ago. I have not gotten an answer yet. I thought I would try it here. Could you please help?
