Replaced a j7 PERX with a J7 Refine but can't make calls
My father bounced his J7 PERX and his kids bought him a J7 Refine to replace it. I made sure to get a Virgin Wireless model. He moved the SIM and his data over. He can do everything but make/receive calls with his new phone. I'm several hundred miles away and can't troubleshoot this firsthand, so where do I go from here?

Hey there, @jimmyh71! Sorry to hear that. We sure can help him troubleshooting the phone, but you don't seem to have the phone with you. We may need to restart the activation process and reprogram the phone in order for it to work.
