I change my phone from Iphone SE to Samsung S7, but the sim card doesn't work , I have this message " Sim card locked, please power cycle the device, if does't work please contact custmer service.", what can I do to reolve that, Help.( I think My phone is not activate on virginmobile system )
Hey there, @hamustapha1! Thanks for contacting us. Just to confirm, are you using the same SIM Card that came with the new phone? Bear in mind that, our SIM Cards are not transferable between phones and you must use the one that came with the new phone. If you try to use a different one, it won't work.
