Just received my Samsung A10e, with a sprint SIM card, and I cant download MMS messages. I get a network error. I also cant send any MMS messages. It happens on WIFI and mobile data.
Hi there! It is possible for our SIM cards to show the Sprint logo since we currently run under the Sprint network. Are you able to access the internet through Mobile Data?
