Seriously...please stop

Hey virgin mobile, will you stop slowing my data down.
If yes, when?
If no, why not?
It took over half an hour to load this forum.
I have gopro video to prove it.
The same phone worked flawlessly a few days ago when I paid my bill.

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

It's not really that complicated.
What's going on is my phone works perfect until I get that dreaded message from virgin mobile saying that they are gonna slow down my data.
Almost immediately the phone becomes unusable.
I'm not just talking about slow data,
It won't even send texts or make phone calls.

It's not complicated.
Stop slowing my service to a crawl.
