Sim Card Problem with Samsung J7 No Service for two months Need Help

I have not been able to get any help with my problem with my phone for the last two months. At the beginnin of December I tried to get hel p, but with no luck. My phone will work for a couple of minutes but than I get the message that the SIM Card is locked and than a moment later it will say SIM card can't be found. I was told I need a new SIM card, but have been unable to get one from either Virgin Mobile or anywhere else. Right now because of this I don't have service and I need my service back. It would help if I could get somebody who would be able to actually help me get this problem resolved.
