UL 40 phone freezeup and programming issues

I have had the Assurance UL 40 phone for 2 weeks today and have had nothing but problems with it. I keep getting popup messages like "messenger has stopped working", "messenger keeps stopping", "android  keeps stopping." When this happens the only thing that will stop it and allow me to use the phone is to do a factory reboot.

 

Ive had to do this   6 TIMES IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!

Would someone please help When this happens I cant even make a call!!!!

Assurance please answer as I need a replacement of a RELIABLE brand phone that doesnt freeze up.

Hi jdmrsn,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your ANS phone, but the UL40 seems to be "nothing but trouble".  Look for other "ANS", "UL40", and "UL50" posts in this forum.  You may want to consider getting a non-smartphone if you need a reliable phone.
