Unable to activate new Android/switching from iPhone

I have been using an iPhone 6, but it kicked the bucket recently and I purchased a new Android to replace it.  I went to activate my new phone, and it says I have to change my plan, no problem.... Until I get to the end of the activation process and it shows my plan comparasion, and I don't seem to have a new plan.  I figured it was just a display glitch and hit activate and nothing happens.  I hit activate several times, and it doesn't even try and go to the next page.  Just nothing.  So now I'm paying for an iPhone that doesn't work, and can't use the new Android I just paid for.

Hello orestes. Let me help you out with the swap. Please send me a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number, the IMEI and SIM card number of your new phone.
