Since I did the most recent update to my Galaxy S8, I will get notifications that "Virgin Moble Hub" is runnning in the background and using mobile data and battery.
What is this program? And why can't I delete from my phone?
Hey there, codebanger! Sorry to hear that. You can try going to Settings > Apps > then look for the app and select clear cache and data. You may also have the option to disable it there.
Hey I'm having the same issue. I do have the option to disable it but fear that it might cause errors? I don't know if it's working and just slow or just stuck in a loop.
Hi! Yes but I can't find the "Virgin Mobile HUB" app?
So I can't clear cache or data.
I did, however, "force stop" the app.
Hey, Thanks for the reply!
I am unable to find it. Here is a screenshot of me viewing my "app" list.
Understood. At the moment, we don't have information about that particular app.
If the app continues to impact your device's performance, we recommend you to try the master reset troubleshooting.
Before doing so, make sure to back-up all your personal information to avoid losing it when working with the master reset.
Don't doubt to let us know if there's anything else we may help you with!
