I have had no responses to my messages, had I known that Virgin was going to be totally IPhone, I would have gone to another provider. I activated my new Android phone, a Virgin locked LG X Pro yesterday Nov. 26th and have been having problems since. I am having to use two fingers instead of tapping twice with one, the touchscreen is only responding after repeatedly tapping. I need somebody to access my phone to find out what is wrong.

That's great! When TalkBack is turned on, the touchscreen settings require the user to first tap an item they wish to select, and then double tap the item again in order to access this feature. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.
