my new device won't activate

Just got a Moto e4. Go through the entire process online, and when I click "activate" nothing happens. From reading the community, it seems I need to send a private message to a Virgin Mobile tech person, so if somebody could reply right away, that would be great!

Never mind, I got somebody on the phone who helped me. He was great.
