I have no service starting at 10am in FL and still no service. I restarted, rebooted, called the virgin mobile support number that reactivated my phone and nothing. Cant even get a human to talk to. please help.
3 days and still no service, i keep getting told to reactivate the phone. at this point, i just want a refund for the money this month and money left over and will start looking for another service. i have had virgin mobile for 11 years and never had a problem like this. HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED.
