no signal

Until about a month ago I had a very strong signal at home - 5 bars. For the last month at least, no bars, constantly searching for service and running down the battery. Can't make or receive calls from home. It's a small town and word is that sprint is having major technical problems with their netwok here. zip code 08204. How do I report this ?
