I purchased a new phone from Virgin to replace my old phone from Virgin. Virgin does not recognize the MEID from the phone I purchased from Virgin! Virgin also apparently offers no support to customers so I am left with no working phone and no way to resolve this. I have been a customer for 10 years and I did not know we were on our own. Any advice is welcome. Thank you.
