I just purchased a new iPhone from you a little over a month ago. I'm very disappointed that there is no way to upgrade to Inner Circle and get some sort of compensation for the next 11 months of service I'll be paying for. I waited about a month to finally purchase the phone as color choices for the phone I wanted were not my first choice. I finally gave in and got a color I didn't want. I asked on the board here and was told that they were the only choices that were available! Of course, all colors are now available for that the iPhone 7 and I see why. You were holding off for the big reveal. Would it have hurt your bottom line so much to give customers a little head's up and be honest with them? I have a phone that wasn't my first choice and or have missed on a year's free service and extra benefits. Way to treat existing, loyal customers Virgin Mobile. Word of mouth is important and customer satisfaction is important. You're not doing much to help yourself here.
