Hidden Phone Unlock Policy you need to be aware of before buying a phone with Virgin Mobile
I am trying to unlock my iphone bought on Virgin Mobile website and learned from tech support that the phone has to be activated with Virgin Mobile for 365 days before they can unlock the phone. However, this unlock policy is not clearly stated anywhere on the website or on the receipt of phone purchase. They do not have proper and clear discloure on the 1 year waiting/cotnract period. This is hidden and misleading and should be addresss by Virgin Mobile for proper disclosure of terms to potential buyer of the cell phone sold on their website.
