Trying to swap phone and my number isn't right or working

I'm trying to swap my old phone to my new Galaxy J3 Achieve. Everything looked like it went well, escept I can't make or take calls. When I look on the new phone it shows my number like (000) 000- ---- My old number which I opted to switch with the new phone isn't there. I need help withis ASAP.

Good morning! Our work schedule is: Mondays thru Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST. Weekends from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. Really sorry to hear about what happened after you swapped devices!
