As an existing customer, how do I swap service to my new phone?

Here are a few simple ways you can swap to a new device with your Virgin Mobile account:


Option 1: Go to

Log into MyAccount

At the Account Over view screen, look for the I want to … Menu

From there choose Swap Phones

Enter the device serial number from your new phone and follow the steps to complete the swap


Option 2: Call us at 888.322.1122

  • Enter your 10 digit phone number
  • Press option 5
  • Press option 1 to move service to a different device
  • Enter your account PIN
  • Follow the prompts




Note: This must be a Virgin Mobile compatible phone


Android devices can be purchased online at!/shop/phones/ or at Walmart, Target, and Best Buy stores nationwide.


iPhone devices can be purchased online at or at an Apple Retail Store nationwide.
