Can I reactivate service if my lost or stolen phone is found?

  1. Hoorah! You’ve found your phone.You can unsuspend your phone in My Account without having to wait on us or even talk to us.
  2. Go to and select “Manage my Account
  3. Log in to My Account with your phone number and Account PIN
  4. Then select “I found my phone, unsuspend me!”
  5. That’s it. You will be able to use your phone again.
