How do I temporarily suspend service?

If you’ve lost your phone, you can suspend your service by signing into My Account. The process is simple:

Go to virginmobileusa.com and select “Manage My Account

  • Log in to My Account with your phone number and Account PIN
  • Select the “Device and Support” tab
  • Select “Report lost my Device” on the right
  • Click “Suspend My Account”
  • Once you’ve completed these steps, your account will be suspended until you sign back into My Account and unsuspend it. Good luck finding that phone!
