For Certified Pre-Loved devices, to ensure that your Mobile Hotspot functions properly, you’ll need to complete a factory reset on your device. To learn how, please visit Apple Support. (We’re working to enable Mobile Hotspot functionality without a factory reset in the future.)

 

We highly recommend that you back up your iPhone prior to performing a factory reset.
