How long will I be able to receive incoming calls if I’ve missed my payment?
Once payment has been missed, your service will be suspended until payment has been made on the account. Your phone number will remain active for up to 60 days after the missed payment. Upon payment, your phone number and service reinstates. If you do not resume your service, your account and phone number will be canceled. Any remaining balance in the account will not be refunded.
What happens if I miss my monthly payment?
If you miss a payment, we will allow you to call 911 or 611 (Virgin Mobile USA Customer Care).
Can I still make 911 calls during this time?
Yes! You can also call 611, which is Virgin Mobile USA Customer Care to help you make your payment and restore your service or you canpay here.
Does this service apply for suspended accounts?
