My Account is the online portal that enables you to take more control of your Virgin Mobile service.


To get started, log in online or through the app on your phone with your Virgin Mobile phone number and unique account PIN. Once in My Account you can do things like:


  • Update your registered credit/debit card payment information
  • View your usage details
  • View your payment date
  • Add or remove features like international calling or Mobile Hotspot
  • Change your account PIN
  • Reset your voicemail password
  • Edit your email address
  • Change your contact preferences


You can also view any transaction history or report your phone lost/stolen by logging into My Account through your web browser.


We also have a Virgin Mobile App for iPhone, if you prefer a native iOS experience.

Simply, go to the App Store and download it
