You can purchase or cancel the Visual Voicemail upgrade options directly from the Visual Voicemail app. Select one of the upgrade options by opening the Visual Voicemail App and selecting Menu > Settings > Preferences > Manage subscription.    Visual Voicemail upgrade options are available to add onto monthly plans, and the on-going subscription charge will be added to your monthly payment

For $7/month you'll be covered in the event your Virgin Mobile phone is lost, stolen, accidentally damaged - even with liquid, or has an out-of-warranty mechanical or electrical breakdown. If something happens to your phone, just file a claim by going to myphoneguardian.com or calling 1.844.534.3098. Once your claim is approved, you will pay a nonrefundable deductible and may receive your replacement phone in as little as one business day. Simple as that. Why add Phone Insurance? It gives you peace of mind: You'll know you're covered in case something goes wrong with your phone. It's fast: You'll typically receive a replacement phone within one business day, once your claim is approved. It's easy: To file a claim, simply call 1.844.534.3098  (6 am to 11 pm CST; 7 days a week).   To see if your phone is eligible for Phone Insurance, log in to My Account. Your nonrefundable deductible will be $20, $50, $100 or $175 depending on your phone. You are eligible for 2 approved claims within a 12-month period beginning on the date of the first replacement. There are 3 different types of Alerts: Presidential Alerts – This kind of alert can only be sent by the President of the United States. Imminent Threat – This kind of alert is broken down into 2 levels: Extreme and Severe. Examples of this type of alert might be a weather alert or a chemical spill. AMBER Alerts – America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response. AMBER alerts are also sent as WEAs.
