How pre-order for the iPhone X works
You can pre-order the iPhone X on our website starting November 3rd. There will be an authorization on your credit or debit card for the entire amount of the order. We’ll ship your iPhone in 3-4 weeks, or as soon as it becomes available. When we ship it, we’ll send you an email notification and charge your credit or debit card.
Go to the Member Benefits page to see the latest offers. Choose one from the list and hit “get this offer.” Depending on the offer, you’ll see a coupon or promo code onscreen and we’ll also send it to you via email. You can also log in any time to find your coupon or promo code stored under My Benefits.
If you purchased a new iPhone from the Virgin Mobile website and paid full manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP), you may contact Customer Care to request that the phone be unlocked after you have subscribed to the Inner Circle plan for more than 14 days.
Here are the steps to check voicemail from another phone:
Call your phone number from another phone
When you hear the greeting press the '*' key
You will be prompted to enter your password, and then press '#.'
You will now be in voicemail.

Once you’ve grabbed your code or coupon from the Member Benefit page, head straight to the featured merchant to redeem. The offer detail page will provide redemption details, like whether you can redeem in-store, online or both and the expiration date of the offer, if any.
