Membership in the Inner Circle requires no commitment. You are free to cancel your Inner Circle service at any time. Just call our support team at 844.604.3422 for assistance with the cancellation process.
To join the Inner Circle, you must purchase a new iPhone at virginmobileusa.com or an Apple Retail Store or bring an eligible iPhone specifically for use with the Inner Circle Plan. On legacy prepaid plans, you may activate a previously used Virgin Mobile CDMA Series phone. However, not all services are available on all Virgin Mobile phones.
If you purchased a new iPhone from the Virgin Mobile website and paid full manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP), you may contact Customer Care to request that the phone be unlocked after you have subscribed to the Inner Circle plan for more than 14 days.
By enrolling in AutoPay, you authorize Virgin Mobile to automatically charge your monthly recurring charges—plus any applicable taxes—to your registered payment method every month on your Monthly Service Date.
Currently, Virgin Mobile does not offer a family plan option with the Inner Circle. Each member must purchase an iPhone and enroll in Inner Circle with their own account. Click here to learn more about the Inner Circle plan.
With the Inner Circle plan from Virgin Mobile, you are already enrolled in AutoPay. Any charges will be charged to your registered credit or debit card, so you don’t need to worry about logging in to make payments.
