My sister recently bought a new phone, and gave me her old Samsung Galaxy S7 Metro PCS phone, and I was wondering if/how to transfer my virgin mobile plan, currently on a Samsung Galaxy S6, to this new phone.
You need two things: 1) your account number and 2) your port PIN to make the transfer.
You can get that information from customer service or contact an agent here by private message to request assistance.
Also, your Virgin Mobile account must remain active until the port completes.
Virgin Mobile agents have "Social Care Virgin Mobile" avatars and when the mouse hovers over the avatar the word "agent" appears.
A PM can be sent by clicking on the avatar which opens up the Profile page where the option to send a PM is visible.
