I was a virgin mobile customer for a few years, and switched to sprint for a couple years. I'm trying to bring the same number back to virgin mobile and it says it's unable to be ported online, and the automated phone systems keeps sending me to sprint to talk to them.... and no one is answering the virgin mobile line, well within business hours.

I too want to switch to another provider, Boost. But when I go to set up my new phone the site says my number is not eligible for porting.
