New phone stolen on porch after being mailed to the wrong address

I ordered a new $50 a few days ago. I updated my billing and shipping infomation. However, my new phone was still sent to my old address. I already messaged virgin mobile. The person suggested that the phone was delivered to the address on file. This is not true.

We then went to my old address. The apt was empty, as in no one was living there. There was other mail overflowing in the mail box but no phone. So we conclude that my new phone was stolen by some low life...

 

I just want my $50 replaced.. I rather not talk to someone on the phone but if this is not resolved I will...Smiley Sad
