I made payment for my phone but was billed twice. I need one payment returned to me. Im on limited income and second payment was other bill money. I tried to contact a person over phone but apparently it don't allow me to, says press this, press that and it's not made simple to get a hold of a live person. What to do to get that one payment back. Please advice.
