I am trying to Top Up my account for my Virgin Mobile phone. When I try, I get a message that says my account can’t be validated. I think I last topped up late last year or last Fall.
How can I top up my account? I'd like to keep my same Virgin Mobile account and phone number for my phone.

We are terribly sorry to inform you that if you have longer than 3 months without Topping Up your account, the number is no longer active, and the account is cancelled. You need to get a new number. We can get you the area code that you had before, but the rest of the number cannot be the same, it will be randomly selected by the system. ~AmyM25
