I have stopped using my Virgin Mobile phone service for a good little while now. About two years roughly due to being out of state. I want to begin using it again and paying for my monthly service, but I cannot remember my PIN number or Email address it is assigned to or the Password to the actual mobile number account. I do have the phone number and access to the phone however. I just want to get back to using my service.
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. If the account has been inactive for over 120 days, it is no longer available. You'll need to activate the phone with a new phone number and plan.
And how would I go about doing this? Am I able to use the same phone that I have had from the company?
