The Virgin Mobile mobile website isn’t letting me place an order for an LG Stylo 4. I’m currently using an iPhone 7 and wish to switch back. I called customer service yesterday and they said the problem would be resolved by today and it’s still not letting me place it. It moves to the billing and shipping page and says there’s something going on with the page and to call customer service. When I called yesterday, I was told everyone has been able to place an order that day, why can’t I?
