Order a phone never receive my confirmation order, by the time my order was shipped I received a tracking by the rep who provided me it and said I will have my phone by 11/14/18 even though I order it on 11/08/18 and they say phones will be mailed in 2days. After not receiving my phone on Tuesday 11.13.18 or by Wednesday 11.14 it was determined my address is not valid. So I have to wait until they get the phone back in order for me to have a new phone mailed ou, and I originally wanted to cancel my services.. I should have went with my instincts.
