First, let me just say that having to register for ANOTHER **bleep**ing account just to get some basic support is a really poor user experience design.
Now, I have a 3+ year old account I completely forgot about after moving overseas. I don’t have the phone and don’t remember the pin. I need to cancel the account but cannot even log in or apparently speak to anyone on the phone without writing something here and finding an agent to whom I can talk.
Can someone please help?
