Hello,

I stopped using my cell phone service on December 15, 2018, and I have since moved from the US to the UK. I just noticed that I was charged for the month of January and February for your service. You can check and confirm that I have not used any data, messaging or calls since December 15, 2018. Can you please cancel my service and refund me for the last two months?
