I signed up for virgin in December during their 10GB for $65 promotion, I was even given a $10 discount for the first 12 months. I wasn’t receiving the 10GB on my bill or the discount. In short after 3 customer service calls and hours wasted they told me there was nothing they could do and I wouldn’t receive the plan I signed for. Terrible service.
I'm looking for myaccount #. I cannot find it anywhere online or original signup materials. I see that the norm is to just hound virgin support for this information, how do I know which Agents are online and available to help me in this time consuming seemingly impossible endeavour???
